PS9999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PS9999 platform, including the website at ps9999.app, all associated casino games, sports betting services, live casino products, promotional content and customer support ("the Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and PS9999.

Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the registration process on PS9999, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the Platform immediately.

PS9999 may also publish supplementary terms for specific promotions, VIP tiers or game categories. Where such supplementary terms exist, they apply alongside these general Terms. In the case of any conflict, supplementary terms specific to a particular feature or offer will take precedence over these general Terms for that specific matter.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To register and use PS9999, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as an agent.

• You must not already hold an existing PS9999 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed without notice, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded from PS9999 or operating under a voluntary exclusion arrangement.

PS9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or documentation confirming your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal or betting activity until verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on PS9999 are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

4. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of real-money PKR funds from your PS9999 account at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where possible.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement unless your account details change or a periodic re-verification is requested.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must not constitute the majority of your withdrawal-eligible balance. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are within a few business hours for verified accounts. VIP tier members receive priority processing.
• PS9999 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for additional verification in cases of unusual account activity, large withdrawal amounts or where required for fraud prevention purposes.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds and real money funds are processed separately. Real money funds are used first in the betting process unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

PS9999 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited activity. During an investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the matter is resolved. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited activities will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.
